I work best with motivated adults navigating big transitions—whether it’s adjusting to a diagnosis, career change, or reclaiming your sense of self after burnout.

I also offer individual supervision for provisional and registered psychologists, with a focus on reflective practice and sustainable practice.

  • Adolescence can be a turbulent time, filled with self-discovery and growth. I work with adolescents, offering a safe and nurturing space for them to express themselves, build resilience, and develop essential life skills during this crucial phase.

  • For individuals struggling with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), I offer comprehensive assessment and tailored intervention plans. My goal is to help you or your loved one harness their strengths and overcome the unique challenges associated with ADHD.

  • For partners with dynamic difficulties or challenging life circumstances impacting how they relate to one another; I offer research driven interpersonal interventions and help you appreciate each others differences, allowing you to work together to achieve your goals as a couple. Couples counselling is a great platform to help each other heal from developmental traumas and assist each other in developing your unique and fullest human potential. 

  • Living with chronic pain, illness, or injury affects more than your body. I support people to manage the emotional impact, stress, and life changes that often come with long-term health conditions.
