Christine A. Wallace

Director/Psychologist

You’ve tried to handle things yourself, but you still feel heavy and stuck.

That’s why I studied psychology, to help people more than just “cope”, to feel understood, supported and empowered

I work best with motivated adults navigating big transitions—whether it’s adjusting to a diagnosis, career change, or reclaiming your sense of self after burnout.

I also offer individual supervision for provisional and registered psychologists, with a focus on reflective practice and sustainable practice.

I help Individuals and couples with:
• Anxiety + worry
• Burnout + overwhelm
• Relationship stress
• Life transitions
• ADHD support

My Approach

I value depth, clarity, and honesty. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership—not a lifelong commitment.

Investing in yourself and your personal growth is the most important investment you could ever make and I believe yields the highest reward.
